ACI (AirCargo inc) Enterprise System Short-Term & Long-Term ERP

Before implementing ERP, ACI use information silos in their organization. To share data between silos, They import/export a text files that may create a delay in reporting and the data being dated.

To solve this problem ACI decide to implement the ERP system so it will be easier to share information between functional department across the organization. Even though ACI happened to experience big loss at the first implementation but the success at the second implementation make ACI able to cover their loss.

ERP could integrated all of the system so the flow of information could be easier. Every functional department now can get other department data efficiently and effectively, so this may lead to increase in business performance across the organization (ex. Decision making).

In our opinion, the benefit will outweigh the drawback in the future. With the integrated system, ACI could increase their business performance and double their revenue. In fact, ERP contribution in integration system will give ACI short term and long term benefit.
